I wonder what he means by "Cyclone Filter"? The only thing I can think of is those cyclones for dust separation and I have never heard of a UV light built into them. Also it's interesting that it has an E14 base, normally a E27 or B22 cap would be used.

What are those white dots for on this lamps cathodes?
