ballast ID help

Anything to do with discharge lamps mercury, SON, SOX etc and their control gear! Do you just need information on how to run a lamp correctly? Post it here!

Hi all, got this in my collection & this is all the useful information I can make out from the label, looks like 4.5057/4. It's an SB ballast I think. Anyone have this same model & could let me know what it runs? Thanks

do you have any more pictures of the ballast, how many terminals it has, and what sort of shape it is? :)
