Dear oh dear, where to start with this highly misleading advertisement for LED "upgrades"...
First shot is of some fluorescent lights which obviously haven't seen a tube change in a very long time, and more importantly is a very underexposed photo.
Second image of the LED panels is obviously far more exposed.
And the claims, 80% energy saving!? Total BS. To save 80% would mean a huge reduction in lux levels. A two year warranty is quite poor too, given the supposed huge life expectancy of LEDs.
I don't hate LEDs as such, but this kind of advertising of them really grinds my gears!

Re: Dodgy LED advert!
I was in one of those pound shops in Crewe yesterday, (but not one of the crappy run down Asian ones), it was called Poundworld, and it was full of twin Fitzgerald 5 foot battens, but with LED tubes in.
I don`t know whos tubes they were using, but there must have been about 160 of them, not one of them was out, but I couldn`t see ANY names or manufacturers markings on them??, they were cool white 4000K, had clear windows so you could see each individual diode, (and there must have been 100+ diodes in each tube, also with not one out or dim or a different colour), they were obviously direct mains too, as all the starter switches had been removed in every batten.
Also as a bonus none of the tubes were sagging in the middle, and the whole shop was well lit, showing all the colours well, and if you didn`t look at the ceiling, you would have sworn the shop was halide lit!, (not in brightness, but light colour and crispness of these tubes).
I have to say though, I`m not a fan of LED tubes, but these were undoubtedly THE best LED tube conversion I have ever seen ANYWHERE!
I asked the women behind the counter, but all she knew was the re-fit was not that long ago, and even as she remembers the contractors doing the job, she didn`t remember the names of the manufacturer on any of the boxes?
But again, these were the best LED tubes I have ever seen to date.

Go back in a year and see how many are sagging, dim, diodes out, gone out all together. I'd be surprised if they're all still fine.

Agree with adam give them a year and have a look. Then when a couple are replaced I have no doubt they will be different colours lol
