My Hermes
Fucking joke this lot - had them delivering me some 2-D lamps today (not me who picked the carrier) and get home to find a box of broken glass behind the gate. Watched the CCTV back and it shows the guy just dumping the box over it. I'll be telling them on this occasion, despite them not insuring glass, they will be covering it or I'll be uploading the video on facebook. Cunts.

Re: My Hermes
I've sent and received a lot of parcels with MyHermes & never really had a problem. I do package everything I send very well, the couple of broken items I've received have been due to poor packaging.
They are the worst couriers for rough handling though, especially at the actual collection and delivery points. They pay people pittance to collect and deliver things in their own vehicles, and I'm certainly not tarring everyone who does this with the same brush, but the 'pay peanuts' phrase springs to mind.
