Manchester goes completely LED

Ok guys I just had to throw this one out there to let you know I had been told by Amey lighting contractors for Manchester and Shaun who is a lighting engineer said that Manchester is going to be fully LED with in the next few months as at last but hopefully the lighting PFI should soon be finally completed and also the good news is I get to keep the old lanterns
