The Bullshit is Strong With This One!

Put anything here that's badly designed/made, failed, catastrophically exploded or just an epic fail in a general sort of way.

Total dreamer, £170 for that? Probably bought it from a car boot for a fiver.

This is the fault of just one or two greedy cunts who thought they'd try their luck. Than along come others with stuff like this to sell and eBay either suggests a high start price, as others have done the same, or they do a search first and see stuff listed for silly money, so assume that's what it's worth. Then bang, before you know it, collectors are priced out by people who think they've just found some treasure and try and price it as such. In reality, I suspect very little sells for this sort of price, I guess that's why you see the same stuff time and time again advertised for silly money. if they were a bit more realistic to start with, they might actually sell it.

Another thing that pisses me off is when a seller lists something and fucks off on holiday like this twat. Whats the point.

Agreed & yeah I've got some nice but overpriced vintage lighting stuff in my watch list that's been on eBay well over a year. I live in hope that one day it'll get lowered or relisted as a no-reserve auction!

I would love to see this listed as an auction, I reckon it'd sell for £20 at most

If I buy anything from an auction on eBay (as opposed to a buy it now item) then I decide on my maximum price and set the sniping software going and forget it until I've either won it or not
Taking advantage over bidders that are not using any software, but trying to win the bid simple and straightforward
