There's a lot of "what thick wanker installed that" comments but anyone who has ever worked for a developer will know that anything is possible. Some of the sites that I go to are so disorganised it's insane. Quite often the only choice as a contractor is to put the column in (wrongly as instructed by the client) get paid, and then return when they come cap in hand, move it and get paid again! Sadly in 2018 that craziness is commonplace.

Agree with davy. There are a lot of dick head consultants and designers out there where if you put the column in the correct place they will actually use it as an excuse not to pay you!
