Spotted these on eBay, obviously Chinese junk but they're an odd wattage, 12w? Must be around 40cm long according to the box dimensions.
Anyone know anything about these?

I have an oddball length fitting that i found once, Switchstart but the ballast was missing. Seems to have been made in the 90s. The length could be about right for a tube like this
