Non-isolated LED lamps with touchable LEDs - how anyone can even think of making these is beyond me, but the chinese will make anything! Just avoid all chinese electronics unless it comes from a reputable, big-name shop!

The CE reputation has been blown out the water. Although I'm sure it is policed somewhere, these days standards and laws are put into statute but there are no resources to police it.

The set-up is now perfect. Buy a good off the internet from a seller that can disappear as quickly as he appeared, who got his stock from a company that is under so many alias' its untraceable. But the joke of it is you can't stop trade with China because no one else in the world these days makes anything as well as it will restrict world trade.

It seems to be one everything that comes out of China be it compliant or not. Didn't the CE mark replace the BSI - a standard which we had more control over?
