It's not only lighting and Ebay that's being affected by these silly prices, pretty much everything is. I've just been looking at booking some accomodation using air bnb which I've done many times before, for a weekend away. Even taking into account the peak holiday season with school holidays, there are some really silly prices, people asking £400 a night and upwards for nondescript properties in nondescript areas. There are sill bargains to be had, but they are becomming more difficult to find due to deluded, greedy people who think that with a bit of fancy sales jargon, they can sell anything for any price.
