Well I'm glad to say there's some who've had no issue. Got to be honest - neither have I - but to lose two in the space of a week from the same courier and sent from completely different parts of the UK tells me that Evri have become an issue. Hopefully no one else has any issues, but I won't be taking any chances anymore.

I've ordered some things from eBay and the Evri delivery service I've experienced has been perfect - items coming intact, in a safe place and just cannot fault it at all
Probs because the one driver or bunch of them happen to be the ones who care
Just to add I've noticed a lot of sellers choosing Evri since 2022 because of the COL crisis, which made me nervous but then I decided to hope for the best and guess what, zilch problems!!

It really depends on the drivers on the ground with evri... One that covers exhall is brilliant and can virtually time her on the dot similar to royal mail... But the one doing Wolston/binley woods is shit.
But to be fair it's a cheap service like yodal so expect a cheap job ie left on door steps or thrown over fences. I tend to use royal mail for lamps and smaller bulkier stuff... Evri yodal for the stuff that's cheap and can't be broken and ups DPD fed ex for the more valuable stuff
To Guarantee delivery with evri pay for extra insurance I've found works every time as they don't want to pay out

Yeah just to know that for anything I send, I'll use Royal Mail
