I think you can still be kind of happy that you still have any of them revelry available at least online. Like Beta5 said I would stock up with spares. Here the have become unavailable white a time ago.

I generally also agree with what has been said above. It is not worth the effort due restore one. You need to clean it and that becomes difficult wit the heat thins on the back. Then you need to find a good heat resistant primer and spray paint so they stick fo a long time on the diciest Aluminum fitting...

Yes that is what I do I look online and go to car boot sales often to stock up/collect - I used to go to charity shops but stopped ever since I got my job 1 year ago

I was thinking to put up a SON floodlight where the halogen one is now but I find it impractical because only like short amount of light is needed for when I go to the car and back, or to the garage or to collect bins - the PIR sensor function is needed

Here’s the oddest thing about these, the white ones didn’t do it!, I’ve only ever seen the black ones corrode, never seen a white painted one do it? ;confused
