25x 8ft twin Tamshites with pre-fallen off ends so you don't have to worry about that, and a couple of Fitzys with melted lamp holders. Also 12x tubes which might or might not work:

Lol wtf surely that can’t be right.
I do keep occasionally getting content cannot be found when I click on it so it’s possible he’s in the process of removing the listing?

Re: Yet more expensive
Oh yes rust and likely knackered caps too, although TBF they can usually just be linked out when running 100w tubes.
I've also found the same advert on Gumtree (same price, so they hadn't accidentally added an extra zero) with a bit more detailed description. Point of note- "I know what these are worth so no silly offers", yeah nah you don't! No one with a sane mind would pay £700 for that lot, it's the type of stuff most people would throw in the skip.

Re: Yet more expensive
It's tempting to send some silly (sensible) offers to him for saying that. Its always funny though when people write request like that on adverts, like people who write 'No time wasters'. As if anyone would identify themselves as a time waster and think 'Oh I'm a time waster, I'd better not mess with him' .

Re: Yet more expensive
It gets better!
They're on eBay, see link below. Ridiculously they've been bid up to £500, but look at the bidding!! Someone bid a very strange amount, £499.99, followed an hour later by a bid of £500 from an account with no feedback, this must be the most obvious shill bidding I've ever seen. The only real bid there was for £2 lol. I'd bet money these will get no more real bids, and then get relisted.
