The seller will either be away or the item is out of stock, I've seen this listing recently at a reasonable price. Sellers do this so the listing remains higher up in search results due to sales history, which would be lost if the seller ended and then re-listed the item

I once sent a link to an item on eBay for a friend to buy, the item was priced at about £12. A couple of weeks later the seller must have ran out of stock and bumped the price up to £50, well that's the time my mate finally decided to click the link and purchase said item at the inflated price. I laughed quite a lot after I realised what had happened!
