Garden sox takes 10 minutes to restrike

Just had a momentary power cut, my back garden sox 55w with vision lamp took 8-10 minutes to restrike which seems rather unusual for SOX!?!?

What caused the outage?, voltage may have been low when it came back on?

I dont know. It has been going on and off all day just fr a split second. Voltage was ok everything else cams on ok i think the lamps just slow

Not sure what's going on with SOX lately. The ones on the A58 keep popping like corn quicker than they can replace them. Could it be a power spike damaged the lamp?

Not the only area where lanterns have been repaired only to be out again weeks later.

That sounds about right. Well that's the lamps out for another year. I think they only do a check in the autumn
