"Dim Tone" LED

I photographed this last October in a pub in Rotherham after noticing the wall lights emitting a strange mix of blue and burnt orange light in different directions. Closer inspection revealed this. Other, different examples had burnt their remote phosphor away and were emitting dim, patchy blue light only.
