Listed as new but the description states 'tested and working' which would imply they know it's used? Also "SON-T metal halide". Conclusion: seller doesn't have a clue.

Yeah I noticed that too. He really doesn’t have any idea about lighting. It’s almost like he found it at work and didn’t know anything about it but thought it was worth something.

Must have done some serious hours for an HPI arc tube (and outer envelope slightly) to have bulged like that though!
