The flood lights were damaged and apparently "lights are so old we can't just replace the bulbs" which I bet is rubbish.

He’s holding an LED flood, which you can’t just replace the lamps in!

Sounds more like their contractors are ripping them off?, can’t replace the lamps, so let’s get them to buy LED!, much cheaper??????
And when they’ve shot the diodes out what then?

i am sure the 3 lights on the pole are mh and the one the guy has is different?
