Low bay with SOX lamp

Put anything here that's badly designed/made, failed, catastrophically exploded or just an epic fail in a general sort of way.

Low bay with SOX lamp

Postby Oliver » Sat Nov 30, 2019 9:40 pm

This lowbay contains a SOX lamp. The seller clearly doesn't know what's hes selling.

Seller might not know what it is he's selling, but what he is selling is really rather cool!

My guess would be used in a semiconductor fabrication facility. Yellow sleeved fluorescent seems to be the order of the day these days (assuming LEDs haven't already poached that position as well). The orange filter will be there to cut out the tiny amount of non monochromatic radiation the SOX lamp produces.
