Three-plate lighting connectors.

Just thought I’d share these little gadgets:

Little junction boxes that come in handy for fitting lights that have no provision or room in the rose for 3 plate wiring.
They support live in, live out, a switch loop and output to the luminaire.
They are maintenance free with no screws and are quite thin so suitable for being pushed up into the ceiling out the way.
Certainly a better option than the usual DIY horror of a terminal block wrapped up in tape pushed up into the roof or a junction box that you can’t access without ripping up the floorboards on the level above.

More compact than the usual Wago box that I've seen used.

Yeah can be pushed through the small hole in the ceiling where’s the cables come down without causing damage to get a bigger maintenance free box up there.

David Savery Electrical Services (YouTube) has shown these before, they look like an excellent idea. May need one or two of these in my home at some point for the existing lighting circuits, all new circuits will be feed to switch though
