Sign light Photocells

Some councils have chosen not to use minicells on their sign lights. Not sure why minicells were not used as usually they are used on sign lights. Here are some RSF sign lights street view links.

I spotted that one, I have that one on my list too. :) That Signature sign light didn't last very long!

That location in your screenshot (4th link) was one of the locations in a Top Gear Episode. The RSF was on that column in the Top Gear video.
