Ruined Simmonsigns Sign Light Invinca

The seller has removed the original gear tray which was probably 2 x 7w PL or LED and replaced it with an LED Glass bulkhead. The original bracket has been removed from the sign and a piece of chain has been bolted in. I don't see what was wrong with the original gear tbh.
