How to fail every safety regulation

Put anything here that's badly designed/made, failed, catastrophically exploded or just an epic fail in a general sort of way.

Good god what the actual fuck is that?
I want to know who's been buying these as there's 5 out there somewhere.
Just to some up here's the things that struck me as strange or untruthful from the description:
"glare-free lighting heads"
The built-in chip adopts the integrated circuit YTE1408, which is exclusively used in emergency lighting lamps
Used in public places, in response to fire, earthquake and various emergencies caused by power outages, or used to evacuate people in time and lighting for hazardous operations.
When this lamp is working, it has no effect on the surrounding environment and energy.

It looks like a child's (all be it a geek child's) toy but with the added danger of mains connection. I wonder if it does anything more than light up the pretty little red LEDs? I wonder if those switches do anything useful?

The people who bought it would have been better off going to their local Screwfix and buying a Robus LED bulkhead or going on ebay and getting a NOS fluorescent emergency light.

When this lamp is working, it has no effect on the surrounding environment and energy.
So it has no effect when it is working .. the effect must be after it goes EOL Image: (a point of which probably won't take long .lol. )
