Does anyone know this date code?

Any sort of discussion to do with any lighting whether it be vintage to modern!

I have some Osram 8w tubes. The date code on one of them is "z3Y4c". Can anyone tell me what that means?

Thanks very much! Do you know when they started putting LEDVance on the packaging?

The formal Ledvance:Osram split happened in July 2016, but it may have taken a few months after that for all packagings to be updated.
