Really pisses me off when people refer to lamps as "light bulbs".... they are lamps, not bulbs!

Starter motors lol, I always laugh I even saw a job sheet in our office once where one of the young recently qualified had written starter motors on the job sheet FFS

Mixed fluorescent colours always seems to get to me also Extra points if it's in the same fitting too!

Faulty lighting and linear halogens in linear halide fittings plus others like GLS/CFL in SON/SOX fittings etc.
