131 sox-E lamp on philips ballast and ignitor 135 watt gear

been asked if a 131 watt sox-E lamp will run on philips ballast and ignitor 135w sox gear the sort used in philips MA lanterns, its not the leak transformer unit gear as that would work a 131w e lamp, its the seperate ballast ignitor gear anyone tried it does it work?

No it doesn't as the lamp will warm up, then flicker and extinguish, this is something i tried a few months back too
