Oh, such a shame, drove round the one roundabout in Surrey that the council are trying out some LED flat panel thing (no idea what it is) and was really upset to see that half of these are now dayburning and have LOADS of failed LED's, I mean, I was really upset - NOT. Hopefully they'll actually reaslise from this trial that it's not worth bothering with.....
