The Lamp Room

Please see attached pictures. They are an old low voltage incandescent set of christmas type lights with different colour spiky globes - but check out the size of them by comparison to my hand. If anyone knows what these are/were called and who made them so I can hunt for some, or know of any going for sale anywhere, I'm interested.
