Anyone know who this belongs to and where they're based? I'd like to know more

Wow, interesting read and so true what is said!, I remember our little town had a mix of different concrete columns from both Stanton and CU, and there were also odd balls dotted about in odd locations!, (like Sutton Lane being entirely 35 watt columns, but with an out of place 90 on a random corner)! I think this is what I miss the most from 70/80s street lighting!
But thanks for digging this out Oli ;cheers , a real interesting read!

Also I was digging through old photos of our town a couple of weeks ago and found one of our Stanton 7A swan necks, pre-SOX era when it was still mercury! ;clap , these were my all time favourite columns in our town, and I don’t know if we had more, but on my time on earth I only ever remember just 3 of them!

No problem! When the estate here was built in around the 50s, it had concrete columns. There was one left until a couple of years ago, it had a Beta 79 which worked perfectly and I never saw it broken once! I can't remember what the original lanterns were though, there is a photo somewhere.

Hi Oliver, thanks for this reply with the info to Lee Gale. Do you happen to know any contact details for him? - I can't see any way of contacting him on that website of his.
