Radioactive isotopes in fluorescent starters

Postby HIDLad001 » Fri Nov 11, 2022 2:20 pm

Among my haul of lighting things yesterday was a GE 13w PL-C lamp with an inbuilt starter. It says on the package
Starter bottle in lamp contains Ti^3H
Could anybody help me identify what isotope this is? My best guess is Tritium.
I am based in the USA, but I come here to look at and talk about British and European lamps.

Check me out on Gallery Of Lights and Lighting-Gallery!
