Radioactive isotopes in fluorescent starters

Among my haul of lighting things yesterday was a GE 13w PL-C lamp with an inbuilt starter. It says on the package
Could anybody help me identify what isotope this is? My best guess is Tritium.Starter bottle in lamp contains Ti^3H
