Anyone good with resistors?

So I am busy working on a NG job where they have blown up 15 houses a surf life saving club and a hotel… like you do. In the surf club they have quite a few newlec branded exit boxes that are basically just menvier inside there is a little resistor they use as a fuse wire wound resistor. Wondering if anyone can identify this for me please it’s worth changing for sure .

Each colour band represents a resistance reading so work that out gives you resistance reading then able to order the value resistance...

Thanks nick but I replaced this with a bit of 1A fuse wire and it blew again so the tranny behind is dead thanks to 400V but I guess I won’t know the voltage of said tranny without dissecting another one. I googled the part number on the Ria but it didn’t show any results. PCB parts are so hard to find.

I agree, it can be almost impossible to repair down to component level, especially when they use specialised part numbers which could be the case here.

The fusible resistor looks like 4.7 Ohms. It is possible that the 1A fuse blew because of the inrush. There is a remote possibility that replacing the fusible will work, provided something hasn't gone short circuit downstream. I would have thought it highly unlikely that the transformer will have failed. With it not being electronic, it can only go into meltdown to fail, but it won't have been under power for long enough for that because of the fusible resistor failing. Can you take a picture from further out showing all components from mains input onwards? I'm just wondering what could blow a 1A fuse on the primary side of the transformer.
I've just noticed, why is a live wire connected to the leftmost terminal labelled "No connection"?

Sadly it is the transformer nick. I have saved 2 of the fittings for us to have a mess around with at the meet as I hate throwing these away!
Don’t forget this has had 415v put to it when the neutral failed.
This isn’t even the most annoying part of this fault.
I have got 9 failed rointe D series wifi electric radiators the PCBs are for a better word totally fucked. MOV blown even when I replace that and the damage to the tracks on the PCB they won’t work or just do insane things. Real disappointment worst part of it all rointe want a scamming £225+vat per PCB. Total con job.
