Really NOT a fan of the Russian Osram tubes, in my opinion, MUCH poorer quality.

I like their T12s but their T8 are similar to hungary ge

I think the Hungary GE are better than these, these are about as good as the American GE, which says it all....

I must admit I found a used one of these a while ago that turned out to be EOL, it had used all it's emitter so was just flashing. It was quite banded up at the ends but the phosphor was still clean over the majority of the length, it reminded me of how Chinese Cromptons usually fail! Not to say it hadn't been abused somehow or left on a stuck starter for a while.
