I recognised it. These were used on the modern estates here before LED. Running fluorescent of course. Some of them almost look like sox since some are so mercury starved.

Neat conversion this, the lantern suits SOX very well. I've never seen one lit, however I have actually seen some SOX examples in a village I went through once, just annoying I can't remember the name of the place.
