The tate gallery - SOX room
My father took these photos when I was away, I wish I could've gone there! The atmosphere must have been awesome in that room. Don't know how they will keep this installation alive, as SOX lamps are becoming increasingly hard to get hold of. The ballasts are in the ceiling presumably.

What? How does that work then lol. Will they soon go that piss yellow colour after a few years and create a similar effect! Laughing

thats mad, are they all 180 watt soxes? look like it, is this purely an art installation then on a permanent basis? or is it lighting something up for effect for art?

Art installation. I'm not actually sure it's still there, I think it was only there for a limited time.
