Eterna 40w Circular fluorescent adapters

I got sent 3 of these from a fellow collector, sadly the glass shades that come with them all broke... I suppose they are still usable though and are pretty interesting. I had been after one of these for a long time. These were made from around the 1970s to 2010, first in England under the "Light Ideas" brand and later Eterna in China.
