I remember creating PCB artworks in the 80s by scribing red wax-coated plastic sheets on a light box. I took note of the fluorescent tube that was obscured behind the opal panel. I remain convinced it was one of these.

It is definitely 1967. Pointers are: 1) crimp cap; 2) Made in Holland in lower case; 3) The words DE LUXE in a T8 etch. All three of these attributes had gone by late 1981.
