Don't personally recall ever seeing a clear one, but there are quite a few mercury reflector lamps abandoned in place in fittings in the shelters over some of the pedestrian walkways around the Milton Keynes Centre building. I can't recall ever seeing any of them lit, though being mercury I'm absolutely sure if the supplies were turned on that the majority of them would still work.
