Eleco/Philips HRL 41 street lanterns near Santiago
Santiago do Compostela in Spain that is, not Santiago in Chile! All the lights maintained by the local authority currently date back to more or less the 1990s at the oldest, with a few exceptions (mainly some GE M400As and heritage lanterns), so I was very surprised to see this lone pair of Philips/Eleco HRL41 street lanterns down a quiet country road. I assume they have been converted to HPS, all the surrounding lanterns were 1990's Indalux products.
