V-Lux RLX
Known to many as the Maccys lantern, me included, the V-Lux RLX was of a quite unusual design. Although popular, all examples are being removed from the franchises car parks, being replaced for LED. A similar fate is believed to have been why this, and many others were removed. The only other examples I know of are in Edinburgh and Glasgow, but in this case they take 250w SON lamps, have long and slim gear shoes and really deep bowls with a white spot simply painted onto the front.
The paint was terrible quality, many having shed their paint entirely. Oddly enough, the internals is in similar condition.
