It sure is, the more varieties = more to collect

I guess the soft White feature was reserved for the Philips Softone range of bulbs in the UK I mean think about that, if the ordinary GLS bulbs were readily available in opal then the Softone bulbs would have struggled to sell, but that could be my guess
