One of the tubes in the lot has like 5mm of excessive length of lead wires sticking out of the pin ends (so check them before inserting them into fittings. Especially anything with plunger type sockets, those could cause a bad connection and heat up destroying a socket)
Everything else about the tubes looks normal and decently made so far...
The sleeves seem to be of a lower density, probably more-times-recycled cardboard
I have yesterday put the first 4 of them to use - on Switchstart, on a fairly lightly used setup, don't know what to expect yet but if there won't be dud's they will last for years with such use anyway. The 2013-ish Osram China 36W/765 were not bad, they did fair 8+ years of work day hours and a few still survive
