Economy Lighting ELPAR halogen adapter Recent Ebay find - I found a couple of these adapters (sadly with quite beaten-up packaging!) for sale at a reasonable price, with this relatively obscure branding. Economy Lighting seemed to have specialised in both halogen and CFL adapters in the 1980's and 1990's.
