Restoration complete
I can see why the later MAs had the front clip now!, even after fitting a new seal there’s still a paper gap on the nose, oddly enough, the more seal you add to the nose, the bigger the gap gets!?

I thought they more put a hole in the back of the bowl to let the water out lol

Oh yes! Laughing But I kind of wanted to avoid that! Shocked

Cool! Is this going up outside for a bit? The extra bowl clip and the drain hole ended up making the later ones pretty well sealed, never really saw any that were dirty internally around here anyway Cool

No not yet, I’m not happy with the sealing yet Confused, the seal I have at the minute doesn’t get the nose of the bowl!, with it clipped into place you can still slide paper under the gap easily!, and the bowl is sitting too low under the weather flange of the canopy for my liking! Shocked , going to try a P profile seal next? It’s only going up when I’m happy it’s decently rain proof! Cool

Excellent refurb Rich Cool good you have the clips too, Alpha 4s in comparison always ended up cable tied lol

Yeah rain would probably still get in there, have you tried bending the ends of the clips in a bit more so they put more pressure on the rim of the bowl?
