That GB GE polylux is rather nice! Quite rare in 835!

Both are nice tubes! Is the halo new though Nick? These old thorn halos do seem to drop off in lumens over time!

The halophosphate is older and I agree about the drop-off in light output (worse than for T12s?) so the comparison is probably a bit unfair.
