Phosco P106!! This is a very rare lantern indeed, and is essentially a version of the P107 with a flip up canopy and some slight internal differences. This ones for 35W SOX, and cleaned up incredibly well, and is also fitted with a new bowl. Massive thanks to another collector for this one.

thanks both! One of my all time faves in the collection - may use it as a room light as Ive found an excellent pearl LED retrofit lamp, and I can also put tungstens in it as you said
