Warship bunk light 9w PL-S
McGeoch Technolgy 115v 9w PL-S bunk bed light.
Used by the UK MOD on Royal Navy Warships.
NATO stock number: 6210-99-188-5166

Very solid fitting as one would expect. I've since fitted 240v chokes to these and have them in use, one as a bedside light and the other above a full-length mirror.

There was a bit on the news today about the new Queen Elizabeth Class aircraft carriers and it showed a bit of footage inside and I spotted a load of these fitted above the crew bunks Smile

Bet they still have magnetic gear in too! Built to withstand voltage fluctuations and movement better
