GEC 5' gull wing.
Probably the worst condition fitting to ever enter my collection, the GEC 5' gull wing is pictured here as first acquired 4 years ago. The metalwork is in a dire state, so will need shotblasting before paint carefully restored back to new condition.
The reason its in such a sorry state is because its been in a building which became disused and eventually open to the elements in 1974. This however hasn't affected the electrics, which still work strong today, however approximately 45 years of damp has taken its toll. Still its hoped that I will be able to restore it back to factory new, the reason i was given it in the first place.

I’ve not started this 5’er yet, I have a few other restorations that are taking priority right now, however this will be restored eventually. Hopefully it comes out as nice as the 3’er did.
