I think its actually 06/07 the P being 2007 and the 06 being the month june i think . The Not sure what this batch was like but M04 04/05 and 2015 are probably their worst batches ever

Correct, June 2007. Not bad in field testing. Dan is right about M04(April 2005) being poor, two tested in independent circuits lasted 6 weeks! The best years have been 2011 and 2012 (T and U) with some doing 3 years 24/7. New bad patch is 2015 (Z) not a mistake, W and X were skipped as year letters!
