anyone know to the year when this style of etch was launched? i'm guessing 1978 ish?

When atlas changed to thorn up until they went EMI so around 1977-1983/4

the block capital ATLAS was only till the early 70's, 1973 ish? then the lower case atlas through the mid 70's till the frank shown on the tube above, is this correct?
